Bet Salam Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights

01Introduction

Welcome to Bet Salam. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Bet Salam ("we", "us", "the Platform") in respect of your use of the website at betsalam.net and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, jackpot slots, esports betting and any other products made available by Bet Salam from time to time.

Bet Salam is operated by a licensed entity under the regulatory framework of its jurisdiction of incorporation. The platform is designed to serve players in Pakistan and operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms have been drafted with particular attention to the expectations and circumstances of Pakistani players, and Bet Salam is committed to communicating with its users in clear, plain English rather than impenetrable legal language wherever that is possible.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the Bet Salam platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Bet Salam platform.

02Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any bet on Bet Salam. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. Bet Salam takes underage gambling seriously and employs age verification procedures at registration and during periodic account reviews. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any winnings voided.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on Bet Salam. Creating duplicate accounts – whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or under another person's identity – is a serious violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances may be forfeited. If you accidentally create a second account, contact Bet Salam support at support@betsalam.net immediately.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan and a valid mobile number. Providing false information at any stage constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure. Bet Salam may request documentary verification of any account detail at any time.

2.4 Account Security

Your Bet Salam account credentials – username, password and any PIN – are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone. Bet Salam will never ask for your password by email, SMS or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and change your password. Bet Salam accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has been negligent in securing their credentials.

03Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Bet Salam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Withdrawal requests are processed by Bet Salam's finance team on a rolling basis throughout the day. Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to two hours depending on your financial institution. During high-volume periods such as major PSL matches or tournament finals, processing times may be slightly longer.

3.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

Bet Salam reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000, or at any time as part of our routine compliance process. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Bet Salam will endeavour to complete the verification process within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

3.5 Deposit Matching

As a general policy, withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount. Any additional winnings above the deposited amount may be paid out via your registered bank account or Easypaisa/JazzCash wallet.

04Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

Bet Salam offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general provisions set out below. Where any specific promotion terms conflict with these general terms, the specific terms take precedence.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by Bet Salam are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. For example, a bonus of Rs 5,000 would require Rs 1,50,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type as detailed below.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unmet wagering requirements and unclaimed bonus balances will be forfeited at expiry without compensation.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Bet Salam operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g. hedging bets across outcomes), and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Suspected bonus abuse will result in immediate account review and possible voiding of winnings.

05Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on Bet Salam are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. A bet is confirmed only when a bet reference number has been issued and the amount has been deducted from your account balance. Bets not confirmed in this manner are void regardless of any screen display. Bet Salam reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stake

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, event and your individual account settings. Limits are displayed on each market before bet placement. Bet Salam may apply individual account-level limits based on betting patterns, account history or as part of standard risk management procedures. These decisions are made at Bet Salam's discretion and are not subject to appeal.

5.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event of a clearly erroneous odds display – whether caused by a data feed error, a technical fault or human input error – Bet Salam reserves the right to void any bet placed at those incorrect odds and refund the stake to the player's account. Bet Salam defines an obvious mistake as any odds that are significantly out of line with market odds available at the time the bet was accepted.

5.4 Match Abandonment and Postponements

If a sporting event is abandoned before its scheduled conclusion, Bet Salam will settle bets in accordance with the official rules of the governing body of that sport. Cricket matches abandoned due to weather affecting the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculation will be settled on the official DLS result where available. Events postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours will generally be left open; events postponed beyond 48 hours will be voided and stakes returned.

5.5 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on Bet Salam may be suspended at any time during an event, including immediately before a key moment such as a ball being bowled, a penalty kick being taken or a game-deciding situation. Bets placed during a suspension are void. Bet Salam is not liable for any delay between live events and the reflection of those events in our in-play markets.

06Live Casino Rules

Bet Salam's live casino is provided in partnership with licensed studio operators including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each live casino game are governed by the specific rules of that game as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real money bets.

6.1 Connectivity

If your internet connection is lost during a live casino session, Bet Salam's servers will continue the round and settle the result accurately. Your final account balance will reflect the correct outcome of any round in progress at the time of disconnection. Bet Salam does not accept claims of unfair treatment arising from connection loss where the server log shows the correct result was processed.

6.2 Game Malfunction

In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction in a live casino game, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. Bet Salam's studio partners maintain redundant systems to minimise the likelihood of such events. Where a malfunction is identified after a result has been displayed, Bet Salam reserves the right to void and refund the affected bets regardless of the displayed outcome.

6.3 Chat Conduct

The live chat function available at Bet Salam's live dealer tables is intended for respectful interaction with dealers and other players. Abusive, offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate messages will result in chat access being revoked without warning. Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension.

07Responsible Gaming

Bet Salam is genuinely committed to responsible gaming, not just as a compliance exercise but as a core platform value. We want every player to enjoy our platform as entertainment without it causing financial or personal harm. The following tools are available to all registered players at Bet Salam at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly and monthly deposit ceilings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Bet Salam platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other multiplayer game formats.
• Using insider information about sporting events, including but not limited to match-fixing or spot-fixing arrangements.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawal without genuine wagering activity.
• Creating accounts using false identities, stolen payment methods or another person's credentials.
• Attempting to defraud Bet Salam through chargeback requests for deposits that have been genuinely wagered.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus promotions in a manner contrary to their intended purpose (bonus abuse).

Bet Salam employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. We work with our payment partners and law enforcement agencies where necessary to address fraudulent conduct.

09Account Suspension & Closure

Bet Salam reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• We have reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A player has failed to provide requested KYC documentation within the time specified.
• A player's account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month after this period, applied to the remaining balance.
• A chargeback has been initiated against a deposit made to the account.
• We receive a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• We determine that continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or prohibited conduct, any positive balance will be returned to the player within 5 working days via their registered payment method, minus any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Bet Salam account can do so by contacting support@betsalam.net with a written request. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the Bet Salam platform – including the Bet Salam name, logo, website design, graphics, software, betting markets, odds compilations, written content and user interface elements – is the intellectual property of Bet Salam or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit or create derivative works from any Bet Salam content without our express written permission. Scraping of odds data, automated collection of market information or use of Bet Salam content for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11Privacy & Data Protection

Bet Salam collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary, Bet Salam uses your data to: verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations and improve our services.

Bet Salam does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary to operate the platform legally and securely. 12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bet Salam's total liability to any player arising from their use of the platform – whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise – shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bet Salam is not liable for: losses arising from technical failures outside our reasonable control, losses arising from a player's decision to gamble, losses arising from the player's reliance on inaccurate information displayed due to a data feed error (which will be remedied by bet voiding), or any indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any nature.

The Bet Salam platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond the entertainment of adult players.

13Amendments to These Terms

Bet Salam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email to the address on their account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or editorial corrections may be made without notice.

Continuing to use Bet Salam after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page with the date of last revision clearly noted.

14Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bet Salam is incorporated, without reference to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Bet Salam platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction.

Before escalating any dispute, players are encouraged to contact Bet Salam's support team at support@betsalam.net. The vast majority of issues are resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication. Our support team has the authority to review bet settlements, bonus disputes and account issues and to issue resolutions on Bet Salam's behalf.

14.1 Dispute Time Limits

Any dispute relating to a specific bet or transaction must be raised with Bet Salam within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised beyond this period may not be investigated. Bet Salam will respond to all formal disputes within 5 working days.
