Bet Salam FAQ – Answers for Pakistani Betting Players

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the Login page. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and Bet Salam will send a 6-digit OTP via SMS. Enter the OTP within 5 minutes, then set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, email support@betsalam.net with your full name and CNIC number for manual identity verification and account recovery.

Log in to your Bet Salam account and go to Account Settings. You can update your email address and contact preferences directly. Changes to your registered mobile number or legal name require identity verification – contact support@betsalam.net with your CNIC to initiate a verified update. This process protects your account from unauthorised changes.

Account suspensions occur for several reasons: pending KYC verification, a payment irregularity, suspected bonus misuse, or a self-exclusion request. If you receive a suspension message when attempting to log in, email support@betsalam.net from the email on your account. Do not create a new account – this violates the Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent closure.

Bet Salam does not charge any fees on deposits. The amount you send is the amount credited to your account in PKR. No. Bet Salam only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – from a family member, friend or any other person – are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, it will be returned and your account may be reviewed. This policy protects all players from fraud and unauthorised account use.
